Simply go to your theme editor and the to header.php file of your theme to add meta tags. After entring into the header.php of your theme simply search for the head section in this file i.e simply search for the this line:
<title><?php bloginfo('name'); ?><?php wp_title(); ?></title>
And below this line you can add your all meta tags, but never add your meta description and meta keyword tags below this line because if you will add the single meta description in headers then your all posts and pages will show that description, it will become the static for all pages.
So I will recommend you to add the meta description and keyword in the SEO plugin “Yoast SEO” and “All In One SEO Pack”. But all other tags can be added after this line in the header.php it doest not matters because al the other tags are same for all pages and posts.
